1. What materials are your hotel key cards made from, and how durable are they?

Our hotel key cards are primarily made from high-quality PVC, ensuring durability and resistance to daily wear and tear. We also offer eco-friendly options made from sustainable materials like wood and paper, which are equally durable and designed to withstand regular use.

In addition, our wooden and paper hotel key cards have waterproof lamination that protects them from rain and accidental water exposure.

2. How secure are your key cards?

Our key cards feature advanced security measures. Magnetic stripe cards use encrypted data, while RFID and smart cards have enhanced encryption protocols to prevent unauthorized access and cloning. We continuously update our security technology to safeguard guest information.

3. What eco-friendly options do you offer?

We offer eco-friendly key cards made from materials like wood and paper. These sustainable alternatives provide the same functionality as traditional plastic cards while helping reduce your hotel’s environmental impact.

4. Are your key cards compatible with our existing door lock systems?

Our key cards are compatible with most existing door lock systems and guest management software. We work closely with your IT team to ensure smooth integration and provide technical specifications and support if needed.

Before you place an order, we usually send sample cards for testing, to ensure that the card chips are compatible with your lock systems.

5. How do your key cards enhance the guest experience?

Our key cards are designed to provide seamless access to rooms and hotel amenities. Our wooden cards, with their exquisite craftsmanship, natural wood grain, and pleasant aroma, can impress guests and elevate your hotel’s prestige. Additionally, our paper cards can be made with the same hardness and thickness as PVC cards, offering an eco-friendly option with a superior tactile feel.

6. What if my hotel key cards are running out and I need them urgently?

We have a stock of blank cards available. If your chip is a common type, such as Mifare 1K (S50), we can quickly ship them to you to meet your urgent needs. The lead time is within 7 days. Please contact us for more information.

Artwork and Design

1. Can the key cards be customized with our hotel’s branding?

Yes, our key cards can be fully customized with your hotel’s logo and branding.

2. What are the requirements for providing my own artwork?
  • File Types: We recommend that you provide your design file in Adobe Illustrator (AI), EPS, or PDF format.
  • Artwork Dimensions: The normal CR80 card dimensions are 85.5 x 54 mm. Please allow at least 3 mm of bleed to ensure your artwork contents are within the safe cutting margin.
  • Resolutions: Images used in the artwork should be at 300 dpi or in Vector format. This will enable us to make minor adjustments to the artwork if needed without affecting the quality. 
  • Colors: Offset printing uses CMYK colours, therefore please design your artworks accordingly. Using RGB colours will cause major colour differences between the artworks and the end products.
  • Outline: During the card printing process, we might not have the type of fonts that you used within your artworks. Therefore, it is vital that you outline all texts. It basically means all texts are now treated as an image, so the original fonts are no longer required.
3. Will I get an artwork proof before my order is printed?

Yes. Before you place an order, we will send a proof, showing the preview of your card. If you find any issue or mistake with your design, please contact us as soon as possible.

Placing an Order

1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by Telegraphic Transfer (TT).

2. What are the pricing options for your key cards? Are there discounts available?

Our pricing is competitive, and we offer volume discounts for bulk orders. Long-term contracts also come with additional discounts. We aim to provide cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.

3. Can I modify or cancel my order?

We will send you a proof for your approval before we start production. Once you confirm the proof, we will proceed with production, at which point the order cannot be modified or canceled.

4. Can I get a sample before placing an order?

We provide a proof for you to see the card’s design. If you want physical samples with your own design, we can produce 20-30 sample cards. There will be a sampling fee, and the process takes about 7 days.

If you are purchasing RFID cards, we will send you a sample blank card to ensure the chip is compatible with your lock system. This is for free.

5. How do I place a repeat order?

All our orders are recorded in our system. If you want to place a repeat order, please contact us. We will use your previous files to generate a proof for your confirmation.

1. What is the typical delivery time for orders?

The lead time for customized orders may take 3-4 weeks, while urgent orders shorter than 2 weeks. We handle shipping and delivery logistics efficiently to ensure timely delivery, with expedited shipping options available if necessary.

2. What are the shipping costs?

We have stable, long-term partnerships with shipping providers, offering high-quality and cost-effective shipping services. Please contact us for further assistance.

3. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide.

4. How can I track my order?

After we ship your order, we will send you an email with the tracking number.

5. How can I ship directly to my customer without revealing the origin?

We offer discreet shipping services that allow intermediaries to receive local orders without displaying the origin. Currently, this service is only available in Australia.
